Exhibition at the Temple of Pomona
The Förderverein Pfingstberg in Potsdam e.V. offers artists the possibility to exhibit their works at the Temple of Pomona on Pfingstberg for a duration of six to eight weeks. The exhibition cycle spans from April to October, principally allowing for four changing exhibitions to be displayed each year. The solo exhibitions and/or the exhibition cycle should be contextually related to the Pfingstberg ensemble or to its building history.
Who can apply?
Artists, artists associations, art schools and art courses representing every age, discipline and form of expression in the visual arts or cultural history may apply. The association is not able to assume any of the costs.
If you would like to exhibit your work at this beautiful site, please send a written, compelling application to the Förderverein Pfingstberg. For the selection process, we require a concept for an exhibition in the interior of the temple, photos, work samples, your exhibition history, and your c.v.
The Exhibition Space
The presentation can be exhibited on the four walls in the interior of the Temple of Pomona, which are spatially limited by the entrance door, two casement windows and a firepace projection (the areas available are approx. 1.50 m x 3.80 m each). The installation of the exhibits is carried out using the available hanging system (picture rails). Twelve exhibition frames in the European A2 format are available for use from the association. Because the temple is also rented for events and must be accessible to visitors, only very limited objects can be displayed. We recommend that you visit the Temple of Pomona before submitting your application.

The application periods for season 2023 and 2024 have already concluded. It is possible to apply for an exhibition in the 2025 season. That application deadline is August 31, 2024. Please send your application preferably by e-mail to info@pfingstberg.de. Thank you.
